KB PHILANTHROPY-5 is a sericulture-based enterprise founded in 1998 with the core objective of reducing poverty and promoting sustainable livelihood in Manipur. With over two decades of experience, the organization has evolved into a multi-disciplinary production and skill development centre dedicated to empowering rural and underserved communities.

The unit is situated strategically along NH-39, just 4 km from Imphal City, and operates under the jurisdiction of Imphal East District.

To create a self-reliant and skilled society through sustainable livelihood generation and capacity-building initiatives.

To provide large-scale employment opportunities, enhance technical skills, and support socio-economic development through integrated production units and industry-relevant training programs.
